Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
This Return and refund policy applies to all purchases in the United Kingdom.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may still return the item within 30 days in accordance with our Return Policy.
Return Eligibility
- Return period: You may return your order within 30 calendar days of receiving it.
- Condition: Items must be in new condition, unused beyond normal inspection, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories. Any signs of use or damage may result in the return being rejected.
Return Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on out part (e.g. incorrect, defective, or damaged item).
- Please note: Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return. Returns for bundled items must generally include all products within the bundle. Individual products may not be returned separately. If applicable, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs or customs duties charged by the carrier.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong color or variant, we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to report the issue.

How to Start a Return
- Contact our team at info@whitmore-co.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Receive instructions: We’ll send you a return authorization email with the exact steps to follow and the correct return address. We respond with return instructions within 24 hours.
- Repack your item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship it back: Drop your package off at the nearest shipping carrier location as per the instructions in the return authorization email.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once your return arrives, we’ll carefully check the item to confirm it meets the conditions.
- Restocking fee: None — we do not charge extra fees.
- Processing: Approved refunds are issued within 7 days back to your original payment method. This includes the internal inspection time and processing time.
- Original shipping costs are not deducted from your refund, as Whitmore & Co. offers free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediatly if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or product? We also accept exchanges. Simply email us, and we’ll help arrange it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These will always be marked as non-returnable in the product description. Non-returnable items include opened light bulbs or other items where hygiene or safety standard prevent re-sale.
