Delivery Locations

All orders will be shipped to the customer’s provided shipping address. It is your responsibility to ensure the address is accurate and complete. Whitmore & Co. is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

Cut-off Time for Orders

To ensure timely processing, orders must be placed by 17:00 (GMT). Orders received after this cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

  • Maximum Processing Time: 2 days

Processing time refers to the period between when your order is placed and when it is prepared for shipment (handover to the carrier). Please note that public holidays may affect processing times. Processing begins once full payment has been received.
